Doris Mae McDonald passed away at Brookside Skilled Nursing.
Doris McDonald was raised in San Francisco, graduated form Balboa High School, and worked as a data-processor for many years.
Doris is survived by her Sons Michael, Julian and Richard Silva, Daughters Linda Ann and Patricia Lee Silva, and her three Grandchildren, Mark Julian, Michelle Nelia Silva, and Luke Ryan Sauer.
Doris wasn’t one to care about wearing much make-up and such, but was a weekly client and friend to her hair stylist (Sophia) for about 50 years. Her dear friend Pat Semenero would make sure that Doris was part of her family on the Holidays. Louise Jenkins was a loving person who was in Doris’s daily life.
Nothing meant more to Doris than her early mornings at the YMCA. She spoke fondly of Mary Spiteri and the other ladies. The good deeds performed by Paulette Schmidt brought many happy tears.
